This 30-day challenge is designed for women who want to build consistency and community while nurturing their bodies with simple, impactful behaviors. Honor Your Body, Besties and A Purposeful Home have joined forces to bring you the "Power of 30' New Year's Challenge!
For 30 days, you’ll focus on:
You will get a point each time you do the following things and record it in the Honor Your Body App:
30 Minutes of Daily Movement: Engage in any intentional physical activity for at least 30 minutes.
30g of Protein at Breakfast: Incorporate at least 30 grams of protein in your breakfast.
30 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables Weekly: Strive for at least 30 servings of fruits and vegetables per week, averaging at least 4 servings per day. If this is too easy, we can change your goal to 30 grams of fiber daily.
30 Ounces of Water Before Lunch: Drink at least 30 ounces of water before lunchtime each day to promote hydration and energy levels.
30 Seconds of Daily Body Reflections: Each night, take at least 30 seconds to reflect on these 2 questions:
What am I grateful my body can do?
What did my body allow me to experience today?
30 minutes weekly of meal prep: The idea is cook once each twice, freeze some for later.
30 minutes weekly of meal planning: Make a plan for the week, the next two weeks or the month.
30 minutes weekly engaging/participating in Besties Circle In-person or virtually: Being social is an important part of your overall well-being.
With these “Power of 30” habits, you’ll develop sustainable, healthy routines that don’t rely on restriction or perfectionism. This challenge is all about creating positive momentum, building a supportive community, and prioritizing your well-being. Start your year strong and turn these simple actions into long-lasting habits that support a healthier, happier you!
