10 Squats Every 45 Minutes of Your Workday

Taking little activity snacks or breaks is a very effective tool, this study looked at 10 body weight squats every 45 minutes of the workday.

Regular intervals of body weight squats significantly improve cardiovascular and metabolic health, muscle strength, and overall well-being in sedentary adults.

This simple exercise can be an effective strategy to counteract the health risks associated with prolonged sitting.
