Kimberly G Walker
Kimberly Walker is the ACSM Exercise Physiologist, ACSM/ACS Cancer Exercise Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and owner of WALK2HOME Llc. She has a bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Science and Interpersonal Communications and Spanish Minor from the University of Utah. She has over 25 years experience managing and teaching group fitness and personal training. She taught Fitness Instructor Training for 10 years at the University of Utah, College of Health. She has over 15 years experience working in exercise oncology prescribing exercise before, during and after a cancer diagnosis. Kim is certified as a BioLayne Nutrition Coach (2024-Current), High, Low & YO, Zumba Level 2, Upbeat Barre, Spinning and TRX instructor. Kim educates and empowers beginners and beyond to honor their bodies though mindful movement, modify movement to fit their needs. She helps them find the middle ground with evidence-based information, improve their habits, set and achieve goals, reduce fatigue, enhance quality of life and well-being, boost strength, endurance, flexibility, improve balance, prevent falls, and manage or prevent chronic diseases. Kimberly is a wife and mother of three, she enjoys adventures, spending time with her family and friends, baking, dancing and traveling.

Megan Jane Ostler
Megan Ostler is a Registered Dietitian and owner of Megan Jane’s Plate, LLC. She has a master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Utah State University. Before starting her own private practice, focused on personal and group nutrition counseling, Megan worked as a clinical dietitian at McKay Dee hospital and then as the Director of Nutrition for iFIT. Her lifelong passion for service, science, and food led her into nutrition, and she has been successfully helping individuals ever since. Megan believes that nutrition is about connection. Connecting with the world, yourself, and others. She helps her clients sift through the noise, and find a nutrition plan that aligns with their goals and allows flexibility and connection. She believes balanced, healthy eating should be enjoyable, culturally appropriate, sustainable, and include your favorite foods. This is why her business name is Megan Jane’s Plate (Peaceful Loving, Approach To Eating), and her approach at her private practice focuses on cultivating not only positive eating habits, but also a peaceful and empowering relationship with food. Megan currently resides in Cache Valley, Utah with her husband and three daughters. When she’s not working with clients, she treasures time with her family traveling, gardening, hiking, and sharing delicious food.

Rebekah Johnson
Bekah is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a degree from Westminster College and over 25 years of nursing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing her PhD. Specializing in women's health and hormone management, Bekah is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to help women achieve optimal well-being. Beyond her Little Res Medical Llc. practice, Bekah has participated in numerous humanitarian efforts, using her expertise to deliver healthcare to underserved populations both locally and abroad. Her dedication to improving access to women's health services in vulnerable communities reflects her passion for making a lasting impact. In addition to her healthcare career, Bekah is certified in High and Low Impact Fitness and has been an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor since 2010. She shares her love for fitness by teaching throughout Utah, modifying movements to meet participants at their individual fitness levels, and making her classes accessible to all. As a seasoned endurance athlete, Bekah has completed over three 100-mile endurance runs and 30 marathons, including the Boston Marathon eight times. She is also a proud first-time grandmother, seamlessly balancing her professional achievements with the joys of family life, bringing the same dedication and compassion to both.

Camille is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, as well as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor with over ten years of experience counseling individuals with chronic medical conditions and providing grief support to patients and their families. The inspiration behind her business, Flourish Wellness, stems from her passion for helping others avoid chronic disease and embrace a lifestyle that nurtures their body, mind, and soul. This commitment was born out of her own journey of managing weight, enhancing self-esteem, and learning to love and care for herself. Through running, biking, and hiking, Camille has transformed her physical, mental, and emotional health. She discovered that when her diet consisted primarily of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole foods, her energy and stamina significantly improved. Camille truly loves her life and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and she is dedicated to guiding others on their own paths to wellness through mindfulness practices and trauma-informed yoga.

Lyndy Barnard
Lyndy is the Founder and Owner of Mind & Strength Counseling in Bountiful, UT. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah, she is deeply committed to helping individuals build resilience and find peace in their body, heart, and mind. Lyndy earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 2006 and her master’s from Cal State East Bay in 2009, where she focused her studies on mental health. After graduating, she gained valuable experience working in crisis intervention with mobile teams in Oakland, CA, Nashville, TN, and throughout Utah. These experiences have highlighted the strength within each individual and the transformative power of connection and compassion as we navigate life's challenges. Her passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her professional encounters and personal experiences, driving her to specialize in supporting women through their unique challenges. Lyndy has witnessed the connection between unhealthy relationships with food, body image, and a range of broader mental health issues. Through fostering increased self-awareness, teaching new coping strategies, and building resilience, Lyndy empowers her clients to find greater peace and balance in their lives.
