Honor Your Body Retreat Participants,

So excited to spend the weekend with you! Our Doctor of Nursing Practice Rebekah Johnson is opening up her beautiful home in Midway for this retreat (28 E Innsbruck Lane, Midway, UT 84049)

Below is the general schedule for September 11–12 along with a packing list so you can start getting ready. A few class titles and activity details may still shift slightly as we finalize everything, but the overall schedule should stay very similar.
One thing we want you to know going in: this retreat is meant to feel supportive, not packed with things you have to complete. There will be several opportunities throughout the weekend to choose what feels most helpful for you, including optional downtime and brief private 1:1 conversations with the Honor Your Body practitioners.
Friday, September 11
10:00 AM–12:00 PM | DEXA Scans + Health & Wellness Session
We’ll begin at the WOW Clinic (1716 N Highway 40, Ste 200 Heber City, UT 84032) with scheduled DEXA scans. While everyone rotates through their scans, Megan and Kim will lead a group health and wellness session, and there will also be opportunities for individual time with Bekah.

Important DEXA SCAN PREP: Our DEXA scans will be first thing Friday morning, starting at 10:00 AM. Because you should not eat for 3 hours before your scan, please plan to finish eating by 7:00 AM on Friday morning.
A few other things to keep in mind:
• Do not take calcium supplements for 24 hours before your scan.
• Wear comfortable clothing with as little metal as possible (avoid metal zippers, buttons, belts, etc.).
• Please let the clinic know if you are or may be pregnant.
• If you’ve recently had a CT scan or another procedure using contrast material, please let the clinic know before your DEXA scan.
